She leads a joint minority group named Advocacy Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility, accounting for the voices of over 1 million people in California. She has also played a pivotal role as a co-founder and Board Chairman of the National Diversity Coalition until 2022—the core advocacy initiatives for both coalitions support corporate social responsibility, including DE&I, economic & community development, and environmental sustainability. Doug Burford is a Manager of Accounting at First American Financial Corporation in Santa Ana, California, where he supports his company’s financial reporting and internal control efforts. In addition, he has served as a Board Advisor to OASIS Center International since October 2018. Mr. Burford has over 25 years of Accounting and Finance experience and is an active California CPA. He received his MBA from the Marshal School of Business at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. Mr. Burford currently resides with his wife and daughter in Newport Beach, CA.
Holly Ham has over 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors and is serving as Chief Customer and Growth Officer at Precise Software Solutions, Inc. in Rockville, MD. In this role, Ms. Ham drives customer engagement and strategic growth across the government and new markets. Ms. Ham previously held several senior executive roles in three federal agencies within the Executive Branch of the federal government. Her work involved serving the American people across the United States in areas including education, commerce, housing, and civil rights.
At the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Ms. Ham served as Director of Special Projects, driving agency-wide transformational initiatives to optimize HUD's operations with improved delivery of service.
At the U.S. Department of Commerce, Ms. Ham served as Senior Advisor in the Minority Business Development Agency, providing solutions to help minority business enterprises (MBEs) stimulate the U.S. GDP. Under Ms. Ham's leadership, MBDA kick started a gateway to a virtual business center bringing tools, resources and funding to develop, grow and mature the country's approximately 11 million MBEs.
At the U.S. Department of Education, Ms. Ham served as Assistant Secretary for Management overseeing the agency's human capital management, security, logistics, facilities, student privacycompliance, EEO services, and records management. In her role as Executive Director for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Ms. Ham advocated for approximately 22 million AAPIs across the United States and territories for improved access and resources.
Prior to serving with the federal government in Washington, D.C., Ms. Ham spent over 20 years working in private enterprise focused on increasing organizations' productivity through technology. In the early part of her career, she worked as a management consultant for Fortune 100 firms, achieving hundreds of millions of dollars in savings by increasing efficiency through a combination of business process improvement, application of new technologies, and the redeployment and retraining the workforce.
Ms. Ham also drove business growth in sales and business development by leading multiple teams working closely with corporate executives to provide strategic solutions to complex senior-level challenges, including enterprise data management and security, enterprise resource planning initiatives and enhancements, application modernization, and cloud initiatives. Ms. Ham is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she received both her Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees, graduating as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. She resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
Christian Caballero is the current Vice President for governmental affairs for Progrexion, a leading technology-enabled credit report repair company that helps clients frame the right questions about their credit, and direct those questions to the right people, to ensure that credit reports remain fair, accurate, and entirely substantiated. He has served as the Florida Governor's lead negotiator during the state's largest real estate transaction in history and served as the Chief of Staff for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Christian also lead efforts to secure a grant from the State of Florida designed to establish vocational training programs for juveniles in state custody. An alum of the country's preeminent leadership program, the United States Presidential White House Fellowship - with an extensive history of public speaking, strategic plan development, and execution.
Kevin Zollinger is a retired business executive with over 30 years of executive management experience. For the past 15 years, Kevin has been in the Wine Industry, including Executive VP of Operations for Wente Family Estates, a large family-owned winery in Northern California, and as COO of Vinfolio, Inc. a collectible fine wine storage, online retail, and marketplace company. Before his tenure in the wine industry, Kevin spent over 25 years in the semiconductor equipment industry, including but not limited to executive positions of Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Worldwide Service, for Ultratech, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment worldwide. Over his career, besides helping companies succeed in their markets, Kevin has gained personal satisfaction in supporting team members in achieving their own personal growth and success. Kevin received his MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and his BS degree in Business Administration in Management from San Jose State University. Kevin has also enjoyed working with communities, including education as the Advisory Board Chair for Saint Mary’s Master of Science, Management and Technology program. Kevin and his wife, Debra, now live in the majestic Red Rock community of Sedona, Arizona.
Joseph M. Otting is the Managing Partner of Ocean Blvd LLC, Lake Blvd LLC and Gulf Blvd LLC and serves on the board of Black Knight, Blockchain.com, and the Global Board of Operation Hope. Previously Mr. Otting was the 31st Comptroller of the Currency of the United States and was sworn in November 27, 2017 and resigned his position on May 29, 2020 to return to private enterprise. The Comptroller of the Currency is the administrator of the federal banking system and chief executive officer of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The Comptroller also served as a director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and was a member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
Prior to becoming Comptroller of the Currency, Mr. Otting was an executive in the banking industry. He served as President of CIT Bank and Co-President of CIT Group. Was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of OneWest Bank, N.A. Prior to joining OneWest Bank, he served as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp, where he managed the Commercial Banking Group and served on the Bancorp's executive management committee. He also served as a member of U.S. Bank's main subsidiary banks' Board of Directors.From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Otting was with Union Bank of California, where he was
Executive Vice President and Group Head of Commercial Banking. Before joining Union Bank, he was with Bank of America and held positions in branch management, private banking, and commercial lending. Mr. Otting has played significant roles in charitable and community development organizations. He has served as a board member for the California Chamber of Commerce, the Killebrew-Thompson Memorial foundation, the Associated Oregon Industries, the Oregon Business Council, the Portland Business Alliance, the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon. He was also a member of the Financial Services Roundtable, the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and the Board and Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Otting holds a bachelor of arts in management from the University of Northern Iowa and is a graduate of the School of Credit and Financial Management, which was held at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
