Ashley Martin


Ashley Martin joined U.S. Bank in 2009 and is based out of Orange County. She has 18 years of Public Finance experience covering credit origination and analysis. At U.S. Bank, Ashley manages the Public Finance Lending team nationally, focusing on municipal credit enhancement and liquidity support for public issuers. Since joining the U.S., Ms. Martin has been involved in over $20 Billion of credit-related transactions. She is active in a wide range of sectors, with teams covering city, county, and state obligations, transportation sector financings including airports, ports, and mass transit agencies, essential service utilities as well as K-12 and community college district financings. Ashley also has many years of experience financing 501(c)3 not-for-profit entities. She enjoys mentoring junior talent at U.S. Bank and often participates in career development activities. 

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received a bachelor’s degree in Economics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the Women in Public Finance, serving on the Scholarship Committee, and also a member of the Women's Financial Roundtable.
